shadow

and so i go into the darkroom with a photo i have already taken
usually a portrait
i take my unexposed photographic paper and i start to recreate the light from the portrait
i fold and twist and expose the paper to light and do it again
trying to pull the light form one photograph and place it in another

each print is then solarized during development
loosing all true whites and leaving behind different degrees of grey
we decided to get creative

thoughts?

i am playing with something new & creating a million tangents.
everything i photograph is inspired by the science of light.
& each image is taken on my 35mm Mamiya.

the first time i made jess sit through my experiments.
and now your leaving, you should just stay, it'll be way funner.
